We offer FREE UK standard shipping on most items in our shop; Royal Mail First Class.
For all other UK items, we charge a flat rate of £3.99.

We do not currently offer overseas shipping.
As all our items are handmade, normally items will take 1-3 days to prepare. If you need your item quicker, please contact us first to find out if it possible in the timeframe you require. Please let us know the date you need it by when ordering.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for personalised items unless the item is damaged.
For non personalised items, we accept returns up to 30 days from delivery date.
To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it including original packaging. We require proof or purchase before processing a return. When we are happy with the return request we will send you shipping details for your item. If you are returning an item or multiple items with a value of more than £30, please consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring your package as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. Return shipping fee is buyers responsibility.
